1. General provisions.
1.1. The championship is spent with a view of development and popularization of full-contact fighting in the countries of near and far abroad, strengthening of sports connections, revealings of the strongest sportsmen.

2. The organization and a management of competitions.
2.1. The championship is spent by the International federation of full-contact fighting at support of Russian National and Stavropol regional branch IF FCF.
2.2. The main judge of competitions, the judge of the international category - S.B.Ermakov.

3. A place terms and time of carrying out.
3.1. The championship is spent on November, 29-30th, 2008 in a Kislovodsk, the Center of preparation of army sportsmen AF the Russian Federation, 14th, Pobedy Ave., Kislovodsk.
3.2. Arrival of participants - on November, 29th, 2008.
3.3. Residing at a private sector. Applications for booking of places in hotels to submit not later on November, 20th.
3.4. Credentials committee and weighing - on November, 29th with 15.00h. Up to 18.00h., the Center of preparation of army sportsmen AF the Russian Federation, 14th, Pobedy Ave., Kislovodsk.
3.5. Meeting of judges and representatives - on November, 29th in 18.00h.
3.6. The beginning of the Championship - on November, 30th in 09.00h.

4. Participants of competitions.
4.1. In the Championship and sportsmen of the countries of the Europe and Asia combined teams, clubs take participate in weight categories: 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, over 85 kg.
4.2. The sportsmen specified in one application are considered as a team.

5. Equipment.
5.1. A white, standard, clean kimono for hand-to-hand fight without extraneous symbolics, (symbolics IF FCF or regional branches IF FCF is obligatory), a bowl, a shield for legs (soft, covering rise up to fingers), gloves for hand-to-hand fight the size - L.
5.2. Each team should have a red and dark blue belt, red both dark blue gloves and a shield.

6. Conditions of carrying out.
6.1. Competitions are spent on Olympic system with going out after one defeat.
6.2. Duration of duels according to rules FCF.
6.3. To the sportsmen who are not having any victory, prize-winning places are not awarded.
6.4. Travel, residing, a food of teams and a starting payment provide sending organizations.
6.5. Videoshooting of competitions in a working zone is forbidden.

7. Rewarding.
7.1. Winners are awarded with cups, diplomas and medals.
7.2. To winners the sports rank - “the Master of international class FCF”, a black belt is given, 2 dan.
7.3. Trainers of winners are awarded with diplomas and medals.
7.4. Prize-winners are awarded with diplomas and medals.
7.5. To prize-winners the sports rank - “Master FCF”, a black belt is given, 1 dan.
7.6. The teams which have occupied 1, 2 and 3 place, are awarded with cups and diplomas.

8. Applications.
8.1. To confirm participation in championship not later on November, 20th by phone, a fax or e-mail.
8.2. Participants give following documents (originals) in credentials committee: application forms for participation in the championship, the established form, certified by the signature and a stamp of the head of the sending organization, a stamp of the doctor, the signature of the trainer or the representative of a team, (opposite to each surname of the sportsman its trainer the FULL NAME is underlined). Simultaneously, are shown: the passport of the sportsman, the personal insurance (policy). The applications written by hand and as, copies of documents are not accepted. At not filled documents, under the discretion of the main thing of the judge, the sportsman to competitions is not supposed or fined at a rate of a starting payment.
8.3. To teams to have at itself a national flag and a hymn on CD.
8.4. A starting payment - 800 rbl. (In case of disqualification of the sportsman or a team, the starting payment does not come back).

9. The information.
9.1. To familiarize with rules and other information it is possible on a site: www.interfight.net.
9.2. All competitions on of full-contact fighting - MMA are broadcast on a telechannel “Fighter”.
