For the big contribution to development of the International Federation and hand-to-hand FCF-MMA fight, and as, on the occasion of the international female holiday 8th March, to appropriate:

  1. To responsible secretary IF FCF – Ermakova Alexandra a sports rank – «Grandee Master FCF, the black belt, 5 dan»;
  2. To the assistant to the head of Kabardino-Balkarian regional branch IF FCF – Uljanova Svetlana to appropriate a sports rank « Master FCF, a black belt, 1 dan».
  3. To remove the punishment from the secretary of the Stavropol regional branch – Borisova Lilia and to restore to her a sports rank « Master FCF of the international class, a black belt, 2 dan» and « the Judge of the international category ».
