In June 2010 Marat Pekov sportsman of the Kabardino-Balkarian regional branch of IF FCF, despite the ban of his coach and guide the Federation, participated in a professional tournament, organized in Moscow, one of the promotional organizations.
The ban on participation in this tournament because Pekov not represent the International Federation and was declared as a fighter other sports organization.
This contradicts the position of the offices IF FCF.
The International Federation does not prevent and even encourages the participation of its best fighters in competitions organized by other organizations.
It is mandatory participation agreement with the leadership of the federation and the use of symbols IF FCF.

Given the foregoing, as well as at the request of the head of the Russian national branch ZM Kanukov, Bureau of IF FCF decided:

1. Denying M. Pekov title “Grand Master FCF, 3 dan” and assign him the title “Master of FCF, 1 dan”.
2. In the future, if not mandated by the International Federation of athletes who have the rank and titles of IF FCF, in the activities of other organizations to apply to them and their leaders for action: from demoted to disqualification.
3. To bring this solution to all heads of offices.
